Production Process
- Select high-quality natural quartz sand as the main raw material, with environmentally friendly resin and pigment to ensure that the quality foundation of the product is laid from the source.
- The raw materials enter the mixing process, and professional equipment is used to accurately proportion and fully mix, so that each material is evenly integrated, giving the board stable performance.
- In the pressing process, relying on the powerful production capacity of 20 pressing lines, high-pressure vacuum vibration technology is used to tightly press the mixed raw materials to form a high-density and stable structural board prototype.
- 4 grinding production lines are relayed, and 8 + 4 grinding heads are used in the thickness determination stage to finely grind the board to ensure accurate and consistent thickness; 20 + 12 grinding heads are used for front polishing. After multiple polishing processes, the surface of the Smoky quartz slab reaches an ideal brightness of 47, presenting a mirror-like glossy texture.
- During the production process, a professional quality inspection team strictly controls and conducts all-around testing of indicators such as the hardness, stain resistance, and color uniformity of the board.
- After layers of screening, only products that fully meet the standards can enter the packaging stage. From raw materials to finished products, each process is strictly controlled to ensure that each Smoky quartz slab can be delivered to the market with high quality.
